These terms apply to the use of this website and to the tours and activities requested through Wonderland Roatan Tours, a brand of Wonderland Original Travels S. de R. L. de C. V., based in West End, Roatan, Bay Islands, Honduras. By using the website or requesting a tour you accept these terms.
1. Inquiries and bookings
The forms on this website are inquiries, not bookings. A booking is confirmed only when we reply in writing (by email or WhatsApp) confirming the tour, date, time, number of people, final price and payment conditions.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are per person unless otherwise stated. They may change without notice until the booking is confirmed. The payment method and any deposit are agreed at the moment of confirmation. At the moment, we do not take online payments through this website.
3. Changes and cancellations
The cancellation and refund conditions of each tour are communicated together with the booking confirmation, because they depend on the activity and on the local providers involved. Please read them before confirming. If you need to change your date or time, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to find an alternative.
4. Weather and safety
Most of our activities take place at sea and depend on weather and sea conditions. For your safety, the captain, guide or provider may change the itinerary, reschedule or cancel an activity. Rescheduling or refund conditions depend on each service provider.
5. Activities run by local providers
Some activities (for example the dolphin programs at Anthony’s Key Resort) are run by local providers with their own rules: minimum age, swimming ability, health conditions and a liability waiver that must be signed before the activity. Participants must follow those rules and the instructions of guides and staff.
Wonderland Roatan Tours organizes the tours and accompanies you as a guide. Boats, vehicles and activities are provided by independent providers, each with their own policies and conditions, which apply to their services.
6. Your responsibilities
- Arrive at the meeting point on time; late arrivals may lose the activity.
- Inform us in advance of any health condition, pregnancy, disability or special need.
- Follow the instructions of the guide and respect the reef and marine life: do not touch or remove animals or coral.
- Children must always be accompanied by a responsible adult.
7. Cruise passengers
We plan our tours so that cruise passengers return to the port in time. Please tell us your ship, docking port and all-aboard time when you write to us, and keep in mind that the ship’s schedule is your responsibility.
8. Personal belongings and photos
Take care of your phones, cameras and valuables during the activities: we are not responsible for items that are lost, damaged or get wet. Photos and videos taken by providers may be offered for sale separately.
9. Liability
We act with care in selecting reliable local providers. Our liability is limited to the services we provide directly and, in any case, to the amount paid for the affected activity, within the limits allowed by the laws of Honduras.
10. Website content
Texts, photos and logos on this website belong to Wonderland Roatan Tours or are used with permission. Please do not copy them without our authorization.
